GrowDM monitors your account 24/7 via Meta's official webhook system and sends the DM within seconds, fully Meta-compliant.

Can I auto-reply to Instagram story replies?

Yes. GrowDM auto-responds to story text replies and reactions (emoji or quick reactions), and can branch your DM flow based on the type of reaction.

How long does it take to set up GrowDM?

Does GrowDM include a link-in-bio page?

Can I export my leads to CSV?

Yes. Every lead captured in a DM conversation is saved to your GrowDM dashboard and can be exported as CSV. Direct integrations (Google Sheets, Zapier, CRMs) are on the roadmap — not live yet.

Does GrowDM have a public API?

A public REST API for managing automations, fetching leads, and pulling analytics is on the roadmap — it is not live yet. Talk to sales if API access is important for your team.

How fast does GrowDM send DMs after a comment?

In most cases, under 10 seconds end-to-end — Instagram webhook delivery, our rule engine, and Meta Graph API send. Rate limits apply: 200 DMs per hour per account, enforced by Meta.

What languages does GrowDM support?

The dashboard is in English. AI replies support English, Hindi, Hinglish, and 30+ other languages. More dashboard locales are on the roadmap.
